Alta Realty Group CA Memberships
Alta Realty Group CA is a member of many local Associations of Realtors (AOR) and MLS systems. Please see the list of our memberships below.
As a real estate agent with Alta Realty Group CA, you are required to maintain Full Realtor status with a local Association of Realtor’s where the Broker has a membership. As a Realtor you have access to the ZipLogix/ZipForm CAR forms online system, you may receive discounts from the AOR on classes and store purchases. You are also permitted to use the Realtor® logo and designation.
If you find that Alta Realty Group CA is not a member of your local Association/MLS, we are ready to join, if an agent is willing to pay the Broker and Agent dues for the first year. After the first year the Broker will evaluate the membership fees against the productivity of agents that are using the AOR/MLS in this area. At that time the company may consider taking over the Broker’s portion of the MLS fees. The agent will still be responsible for their own portion of the fees.
Agents with a salesperson license may join an association only if Alta Realty Group is a member of that association.
